Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be eligible to work on U.S. federal contracts.
Experienced in a 24/7 follow-the-sun operations environment supporting mission-critical SaaS or cloud-native applications.
Technical troubleshooting skills with ability to follow runbooks under pressure and manage incidents with accurate escalation.
Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA or CMS compliance), ITIL certification, and basic scripting skills for automation preferred but not mandatory.
