About This Role
- Provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response for healthcare SaaS platforms using observability tools like Datadog, Appdynamics, and PagerDuty.
- Execute runbooks for issue triage and resolution, manage incidents via ITSM platforms, and escalate as needed to ensure SLA compliance and platform stability.
- Coordinate with global engineering, SRE, and service delivery teams during incidents and maintain operational documentation including shift handoffs and known error logs.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in NOC, IT operations, or similar monitoring roles.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Appdynamics, ELK, New Relic, or similar).
- Familiarity with incident management and ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, PagerDuty.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 follow-the-sun model; must be eligible to work on U.S. federal contracts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable executing technical runbooks under pressure with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experienced in cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP) and remote management tools including SSH and AWS console.
- Capable of collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare SaaS environment managing incident response effectively.
