About This Role
- Manage technical delivery of complex features and releases across multiple squads with accountability for technical solution design and risk mitigation.
- Design and oversee implementation of microservices architecture, secure APIs, and solution intent documentation ensuring alignment with technology standards and governance.
- Lead architecture reviews, drive technical innovation, enforce security and compliance standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance technical debt and delivery speed.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development domain with proven expertise in Internet Banking and Mobile Banking solutions.
- Strong skills in Java/J2EE, API design, microservices, cloud and container technologies, Agile methodologies, and integration technologies such as MQ, Kafka, Solace.
- Experience with DevOps, SRE, relational and NoSQL databases, and large-scale multi-squad delivery environments.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.

- Experienced technology delivery professional adept at working across multiple squads in complex, regulated banking environments.
- Strong architectural and integration background with deep knowledge of Internet and Mobile Banking solution architectures and cloud-native technologies.
