About This Role
- Own installation, migration, upgrade, and decommission of Broadcom proxy security suites and SaaS Secure Web Gateway solutions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, operational support, and technical guidance within the network security proxy environment.
- Drive process improvements and standardize change management with AI-assisted automation and documentation within infrastructure engineering workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Broadcom (Bluecoat) suites: ProxySG, ISG, CAS, SSL Visibility, and SMC.
- Strong automation and scripting skills in Shell (Bash/Korn), Python, Ansible; familiarity with Git workflows.
- Experience with SaaS Secure Web Gateway vendors like Zscaler or Netskope, including deployment and migration.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years applied infrastructure engineering experience with formal training or certification.
