About This Role
- Manage and lead deployment of critical application and software updates bank-wide for Software Distribution Services (SDS).
- Develop and maintain automation via PowerShell scripting and SQL/SSRS reporting to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Mentor and lead team members while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure high system availability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Intune (Level 2 certification preferred) and MEMCM for application, policy, and software update deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, SQL query writing, and SSRS report creation/modification.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large scale software distribution and update deployments in enterprise environments, especially banking or financial sectors.
- Strong expertise in automation, scripting (PowerShell), and use of cloud device management tools like Intune and MEMCM.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle high priority escalations, document processes, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
