About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of SAP ABAP development across implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Drive technical solution design and governance including development standards, code reviews, and quality across multiple SAP modules and integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams including Basis, Security, Integration, Testing, Data Migration, and Infrastructure to ensure successful deployments and stable operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in SAP Technical Development and SAP Project Delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development including Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Experience with SAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), SAP integration technologies (IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs), and middleware.
- Work Experience Required: 12 to 15 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to manage multiple cross-functional dependencies in large-scale SAP programs involving complex integrations.
- Skilled in translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, and enforcing technical governance on SAP projects.
- Familiar with SAP modules SD, MM, FI, CO, PP and methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate, with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and technical leadership.
