About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for Services Execution domain including platforms like Salesforce, ServiceMax, and ERP integrations.
- Lead test strategy, execution, defect management, and release readiness for multi-platform Service Execution solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business, functional, and integration requirements are met before deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with Service Execution, Field Service Management, Workforce Management platforms and tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, bFS, SAP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Work Environment: Bangalore (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing in Agile environments.
- Skilled in managing defect triage, risk-based testing, test automation, and quality governance across complex enterprise service platforms.
- Able to coordinate and communicate quality status and risks effectively with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
