About This Role
- Lead the business analysis function for data initiatives, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
- Define and maintain data business capability roadmap in collaboration with enterprise architects and solution teams, ensuring governance and compliance.
- Develop business requirements, conduct feasibility and impact assessments, and advise on data use cases and tool adoption including MS SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within IT, with at least 5 years in data technologies.
- Proven track record of leading data-related business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Experience or familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and basic Python.
