About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based test automation frameworks, emphasizing Selenium and API automation for REST and SOAP services.
- Lead framework architecture decisions to enhance scalability, maintainability, and reusability; implement parallel execution and optimize cross-browser/platform testing.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and mentor teams while enforcing coding standards and quality practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of IT experience with a focus on test automation.
- Strong Java expertise including OOP principles and design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, Page Object Model, Page Factory).
- Proficiency in Selenium, REST and SOAP API automation including authentication methods (Basic, Bearer, OAuth, NTLM).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and knowledge of static code analysis and quality gates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading automation framework design with a focus on scalability and maintainability in multinational, cross-platform environments.
- Comfortable with hands-on coding as well as guiding teams on best practices and quality enforcement.
- Familiar with embedding generation and semantic search, indicating a capacity for advanced automation testing and tooling integration.
