About This Role
- Provide 2nd level support and troubleshooting for production applications running on Unix/Linux environments with Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage application deployments, server build-outs, and environment validation tasks within a cloud-native microservices architecture using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DataDog, and Splunk.
- Participate in on-call rotations and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline support procedures and reduce triage time.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience in Unix/Linux application support, cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and ITIL processes (Incident and Change Management).
- Mandatory skills: Unix scripting, experience supporting applications on WebSphere or Windows IIS or Tomcat, proficiency in Jenkins, DataDog, Splunk, and Python scripting.
- Educational qualification: B.E or MCA degree.
- Location: Bangalore (EGL) with shift timings 7AM to 8PM IST over 8-hour working shifts.

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments balancing project work with interrupt-driven tasks, and adaptable to working in on-call rotations and flexible shifts.
- Experience in streamlining support processes through automation and evaluating new tools to improve operational efficiency in production support services.
