About This Role
- Own end-to-end monitoring and capacity management for infrastructure supporting multiple applications at scale.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate operational workflows, validate outputs, and manage sensitive operational data securely.
- Lead daily capacity risk identification and remediation efforts, making significant decisions across multiple technologies and applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years applicable infrastructure engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on production operations experience administering Oracle Exadata Database Machine, including RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, and high-availability operations.
- Strong Linux administration skills for Oracle platforms and proficiency in scripting/automation (shell scripting, Python, and/or Ansible).
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation and security awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Oracle Exadata KVM host and VM administration in production, including performance, network, and storage troubleshooting.
- Skilled in applying AI-assisted approaches to improve capacity risk workflows aligned to resiliency and security standards.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments involving Exadata and Oracle services, with operational focus on reliability, change safety, and observability.
