About This Role
- Manage and oversee the DevOps team’s operations, ensuring reliable business experiences and successful product launches.
- Design, develop and implement operational capabilities including continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines.
- Manage lifecycle of product/portfolio ensuring agile software development process from design through production and maintain uptime and quality of production systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant DevOps certification and Agile certification preferred; cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting/programming knowledge (Bash, Python, Ruby) preferred.
- Solid experience in software development, support, and deploying software solutions in multi-team, multi-geography outsourced IT environments.
- Strong demonstrated experience in team management and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.

- Experienced senior technical leader capable of managing cross-functional DevOps teams and operations in complex, geographically distributed settings.
- Proficient in DevOps principles with practical experience in integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and release management.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple business units ensuring operational excellence and risk mitigation.
