About This Role
- Build and enhance high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, focusing on performance, scalability, and user journey.
- Own and improve web performance metrics including Core Web Vitals by diagnosing issues using profiling, Lighthouse, RUM and observability tools.
- Develop reusable frontend patterns and optimize request journey from CDN caching to server rendering and browser execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong frontend and web fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, SSR, SSG, CSR, and modern Next.js rendering/caching.
- Practical knowledge of browser fundamentals, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB), profiling tools, CDNs, cloud, caching and deployments.
- Location: Bengaluru, work from office requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in diagnosing and optimizing full web request journey from CDN to browser user experience.
- Strong engineering judgment favoring simple, maintainable, scalable and cost-effective frontend solutions.
- Comfortable using AI as an engineering tool while maintaining ownership and validation of technical decisions.
