Minimum Requirements
10 to 12 years of relevant IT experience in Data Engineering and Application Development.
Minimum 4 years of experience in leading technical teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong technical skills with Python, Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures), data engineering, data quality frameworks, and DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing medium-sized technical teams with a focus on architecture, development standards, and technical mentorship.
