About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based test automation frameworks focusing on Selenium and API testing for REST and SOAP services.
- Lead decisions on framework architecture enhancing scalability, maintainability, and reusability including parallel execution and integration with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Mentor and guide teams through code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and publishing automation analytics for stakeholder review.
Minimum Requirements
- 9 to 14 years of IT experience.
- Strong expertise in Java automation frameworks with proficiency in Selenium and API automation including session management and validation of XML/JSON payloads.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and software design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, Page Object Model, Page Factory).
- Experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins and GitHub Actions; knowledge of API authentication and authorization mechanisms including Basic Auth, Bearer Tokens, OAuth, and NTLM.

- Experienced technical leader capable of framework architecture design with focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Java-based automation as well as API testing, combined with strategic understanding of CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Strong background in enforcing coding standards and conducting detailed code reviews to improve quality across teams.
