About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5 to 8 Power BI Developers, providing technical leadership and governance across Power BI projects.
- Design, develop, and deliver complex enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, ensuring performance optimization, security management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain technical documentation, conduct design/code reviews, and actively participate in hands-on dashboard development and troubleshooting when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of IT experience with significant expertise in Business Intelligence and Power BI development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring a medium-sized BI developer team while balancing hands-on technical contributions.
- Strong domain expertise in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, DAX optimization, and Power BI workspace administration.
- Demonstrates ability to engage with stakeholders and manage project delivery, including performing detailed technical reviews and driving continuous improvement.
