About This Role
- Architect and develop scalable test automation strategies and frameworks for a microservices-based platform with AI-enhanced test design and analysis.
- Define test strategies by reviewing requirements and specifications, overseeing manual and automated testing across functional to end-to-end levels.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex failures, maintain test deliverables, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborating cross-functionally to improve software quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality engineering or software testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or Playwright.
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted software testing and experience with microservices-based architectures and Agile/DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading test automation design and implementation with measurable improvements in coverage and maintenance using AI techniques.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, and DevOps to resolve quality issues and influence testing strategy.
- Demonstrated capability mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement of automation tools and quality processes for enterprise clinical trial technology.
