About This Role
- Manage and execute IT projects with moderate scope and complexity, including planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling resources, and scheduling.
- Lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder negotiations to align project deliverables with organizational goals and timelines.
- Oversee project budgets up to USD 500K, prepare deployment plans, manage risks and issues, and provide go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) required; intermediate knowledge of MS Project preferred.
- Must be willing to work US hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST) with 3 days in office (location: Bangalore).

- Experience managing IT projects with budgets up to USD 500K and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams.
- Capable of balancing competing constraints such as scope, schedule, quality, budget, and resources to drive project success.
- Comfortable working within US time zones and hybrid work settings requiring in-office presence.
