About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & Analytics projects in Banking and Financial Services, ensuring on-time, within scope, budget, and quality completion.
- Manage project governance, risk, issue, and dependency tracking while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UAT, and Production Support across locations.
- Prepare executive reports and steer committee presentations, drive stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of Project Management experience focusing on Data and Analytics projects.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services domain required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-location, multi-disciplinary teams including vendor and offshore resources in complex delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies for Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Regulatory Reporting, or Analytics projects.
- Skilled in risk, issue, dependency management and executive-level reporting with a strategic focus on project governance and stakeholder alignment.
