Mid-level Product Manager title, metro location, and broad applicant pool create high competition.
Requires product and systems-integration expertise; moderately transferable across B2B SaaS though supply-chain experience helps.
Explicit 5–8 years plus mandatory integrations, process-design, and data-warehouse familiarity tighten filters.
Own end-to-end design of system-to-system interoperability workflows including data ingress and egress between multiple supply chain software systems and define business rules governing these workflows.
Define and document current and target state business processes and integration patterns to create reusable packaged solutions and reduce time to value for customers.
Set and own success metrics and acceptance criteria for integration workflows and ensure their achievement post-launch, acting as the single source of truth for interoperability definitions.
5–8 years experience in business process design, business/systems analysis, or product management focused on system-to-system integrations.
Strong fluency in API concepts, MCP interoperability fundamentals, and data transformation patterns; hands-on build experience not required.
Working familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Databricks and related data ingestion and transformation processes.
Role requires working from the office 5 days a week.
Experienced in complex cross-system B2B SaaS or supply chain/logistics platforms with demonstrated success in process mapping and workflow documentation.
Able to lead structured discovery with diverse stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, unambiguous workflow documentation for engineering.
Skilled in defining measurable success criteria for interoperability initiatives and balancing scalable solutions against custom client needs.
