About This Role
- Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, and allocate resources.
- Oversee multiple SAP projects and stakeholders, ensuring integration, risk mitigation, and successful delivery aligned with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Coach and lead diverse teams, apply analytical and systems thinking to identify problems and opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for Master's or MBA in related fields if applicable.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, specifically in SAP program management or related roles.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Work Experience Required: At least 7 years.
