About This Role
- Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
- Coach and develop team members, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and implement agile methodologies to enhance SAP program management and project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in SAP Project Management and Program Management is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a Master's or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior preferred.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills for business case development and experience in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Experienced in utilizing Agile Methodology, project budgeting, integration with Microsoft Project, and continuous process improvement within SAP project environments.
