About This Role
- Lead product design for complex workflows in digital products, focusing on intuitive UX and interaction design using AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams from problem definition through to launch, iterating designs based on data and feedback.
- Act as a founding Product Designer for Xometry’s India Product Development Center, establishing design practices and fostering cross-region collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with digital products.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted design workflows and tools (e.g., Figma, Cursor, Claude) in portfolio.
- Experience with complex workflows, marketplaces, or B2B products.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in product design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating design concepts into production-ready outputs using AI-enabled tooling, including prototypes or code-adjacent artifacts.
- Comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous workflows incorporating AI as part of the execution layer.
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple design tasks with guidance from leadership.
