About This Role

Architect, design, and support a cloud-enabled SaaS product for Merchandise Management in retail.

Lead and mentor a global team of 45+ associates across India, US, and Mexico, fostering agile processes including design, implementation, testing, and code reviews.

Analyze and resolve software issues, deliver customer-specific interfaces and enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in software components.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech).

8 to 10 years of experience in PL/SQL development.

Proven experience leading teams or projects.

Good communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in working with scalable three-tier web applications, cloud architectures (MS Azure), and modern DevOps tools.
