About This Role
- Lead global staff-cost planning, forecasting, and modelling for workforce costs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent assumptions.
- Own data governance and quality of workforce cost data across SAP and Anaplan, delivering accurate, insight-ready reports supporting strategic workforce decisions.
- Develop scenario analysis and cost models to support leadership decision-making and lead a finance team to deliver high-quality financial planning and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in financial data analysis, FP&A, or cost management roles with proven financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar EPM platforms and working in multi-country, matrix organizational contexts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Graduate degree; professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Legal right to live and work in the country of the role (Noida, India; Warsaw, Poland; Lagos/Abuja, Nigeria; or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia); mobility or visa sponsorship not provided.
