Senior Business Execution Consultant

Lead and execute multiple concurrent strategic transformation projects focused on automation, process optimization, analytics, and business transformation to improve efficiency, client experience, and outcomes across Banking, Lending, and Trust sectors.

Serve as primary coordinator between business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to design scalable solutions and implement automation and transformation initiatives from ideation to adoption.

Maintain governance, documentation, and project controls while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, productivity, and client experience.

4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Analytics, or Automation.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not explicitly mandatory; preferred fields include Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Finance.

Experienced in driving automation and transformation initiatives within Banking, Lending, Trust, Wealth Management, or Financial Services operations.

Hands-on technical skills with Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Alteryx, and AI-enabled transformation solutions.

Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong governance and influence across organizational levels.
