About This Role
- Implement and customize ServiceNow applications including new features, custom enhancements, and migration of legacy solutions.
- Design and develop portal and mobile-friendly components with front-end and back-end scripting, including integrations with third-party software.
- Configure ServiceNow platform elements such as workspaces, workflows, AI Search, Now Assist, data imports, and collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to translate business needs into technical designs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and/or business analysis.
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent; advanced degree with relevant experience also acceptable.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification mandatory.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and experience with web application development on ServiceNow platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing or supporting complex ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HR Pro, NowAssist, or Employee Center Pro.
- Skilled in developing custom Service Portal widgets with complex UI including CSS and user interfaces, plus configuring AI Search and NowAssist.
- Competent in designing and implementing REST integrations, OAuth authentication, Single Sign-On, Flow Designer, and Configurable Workspaces for automation and modernization initiatives.
