Skilled in developing custom Service Portal widgets with complex UI including CSS and user interfaces, plus configuring AI Search and NowAssist.
Competent in designing and implementing REST integrations, OAuth authentication, Single Sign-On, Flow Designer, and Configurable Workspaces for automation and modernization initiatives.
