About This Role
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing efforts including task allocation, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business logic quality and compliance.
- Review and validate associates' testing outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements; act as escalation point resolving testing issues with Development and QA teams.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans for manual and automated testing, collaborate with stakeholders including Application Owners, and provide status updates highlighting risks and mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters degree in Business Administration with strong knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably including 3-4 years in Global Delivery Center (GDC) with exposure to audit procedures and audit software tools.
- Proven experience in software testing/quality analyst roles including defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA/ADO), and sound understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
- Strong documentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with a combined background in finance/accounting/auditing and software testing, with ability to integrate audit knowledge into testing processes.
- Able to lead and mentor testing teams within a GDC environment, demonstrating capability in coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive in exploring automation and AI opportunities for testing improvements and continuous process enhancement.
