Strong documentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experienced professional with a combined background in finance/accounting/auditing and software testing, with ability to integrate audit knowledge into testing processes.
Able to lead and mentor testing teams within a GDC environment, demonstrating capability in coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive in exploring automation and AI opportunities for testing improvements and continuous process enhancement.
