ABAP Certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proven ability to operate as a tech lead in SAP S4 HANA environments driving architecture and technical delivery.
Experience managing SAP technical changes, client communication, and mentoring junior consultants within project teams.
Strong operational knowledge of SAP system maintenance, disaster recovery, and integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
