About This Role
- Partner with business leaders in India Development Center to drive organizational effectiveness through strategic talent planning and leadership development.
- Lead succession planning, diagnose organizational effectiveness, and implement people programs aligned to business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor influencing across diverse stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR initiatives supporting performance and inclusivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 7+ years work experience in HR Business Partnership or related HR role (equivalent experience considered).
- Prior exposure to Tech/Product/Cloud Services companies and experience navigating matrix organizations.
- Role must be based in Hyderabad.

- 10+ years of HRBP experience focused on delivering strategic HR solutions supporting business growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong business acumen with experience using data analytics to influence senior leaders and drive talent strategies.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and influence cross-functional/global teams to align people priorities with business objectives.
