About This Role
- Manage and support end-to-end Office 365 and on-premises Exchange email systems in a hybrid environment.
- Provide 3rd tier technical support for messaging escalations, incident management including Root Cause Analysis and post-incident implementations.
- Lead projects and operational tasks to optimize and maintain collaboration platforms and infrastructure reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years total work experience; 3+ years specifically in Office 365/Exchange support.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange 2016 or later, Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience supporting hybrid Office 365 environments integrating on-premises Exchange.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for maintenance and project support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale hybrid Exchange and Office 365 environments with operational excellence.
- Capable of leading infrastructure projects including resource planning and execution in a financial industry context.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, incident management, and implementing best practices for messaging systems stability and scalability.
