About This Role
- Provide Level 2 application and infrastructure support for project and production activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution across complex enterprise systems.
- Manage and maintain UAT environments and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application deployment and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Application Support, Middleware Support, Infrastructure Support, or DevOps-related roles.
- Technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Bitbucket, application deployment, environment setup, middleware (JBoss), databases (SQL, Oracle), and monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Grafana, AppDynamics).
- Experience working with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting Java-based enterprise applications in complex banking, financial services, or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage application and infrastructure issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and business teams in a fast-paced support and project delivery environment.
