Location & Work Mode: Based in Gurugram with hybrid work requiring at least 3 days a week onsite attendance.
Experience in process improvement and designing/deploying development or training programs within insurance operations.
Strong program management and facilitation skills with attention to detail in operational execution.
Familiarity with Marsh US insurance processes and holding insurance-related certifications is a plus.
