About This Role
- Manage procurement process from vendor quotation to purchase order issuance and follow-up on material delivery for construction and interior fitout projects.
- Maintain and update indent tracking system ensuring timely communication to project monitoring authorities.
- Handle vendor registration, advance processing, and material replacement as per organizational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience in construction or interior fitout related procurement and billing.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Procurement programs preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP-PS Module preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 5 – 7 years explicitly mentioned.
