About This Role
- Lead development and optimization of automated test suites to ensure application quality and speed to market.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to align testing activities with business requirements and enterprise workflows.
- Troubleshoot, analyze data, and maintain automated tests integrated within CI/CD pipelines, escalating risks and issues proactively.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proficient with test automation frameworks (UI/Path, Selenium, Playwright), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity), and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, SoapUI).
- Experience with MEAN Stack, Cloud Native Technologies, Kafka, UNIX scripting, Git-based version control, SQL, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile environments with strong automation testing expertise and ability to design, execute, and maintain automation frameworks.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination managing multiple stakeholders including data partners and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience integrating tests within DevOps pipelines and willingness to engage in manual exploratory testing as needed.
