About This Role
- Own functional, system integration, and regression testing efforts for the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand features and testing requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Testing.
- 2-3 years experience specifically with the HRSD module and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Proven experience testing AI functionalities and applying AI methods in software testing.
- Role based in Bangalore with willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile environment functional and system testing with a strong focus on ServiceNow HRSD.
- Practical knowledge combining manual and automated testing approaches, especially with ATF.
- Comfortable communicating with global clients and collaborating across functions to ensure test coverage and quality.
