About This Role
- Coordinate and assist with application deployments, release activities, and validation processes, ensuring compliance with change management and release governance.
- Support AI and Copilot adoption initiatives, including research, testing, documentation, and identifying automation opportunities to improve team productivity.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in Scrum ceremonies, tracking delivery milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipeline.
- Work Experience Required: Up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates effectively within Agile and DevOps environments, supporting CI/CD pipeline and release management activities.
- Demonstrates foundational technical knowledge in enterprise applications and software development life cycle supportive of application support and operations.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a global team and assisting in process improvement, documentation, and innovation projects within an EAM-related context.
