About This Role
- Lead design, development, and governance of scalable data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) with end-to-end ownership.
- Architect and implement a multi-layered data warehouse following medallion-style layering and define data models ensuring a single source of truth.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, drive modernization of legacy data assets, and mentor junior team members while enforcing data security and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery and data warehousing.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and implementation of modular transformation pipelines (e.g., using dbt).
- Location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Experienced in managing complex multi-layer data warehouse architectures with hands-on expertise in GCP BigQuery.
- Proven ability to engage business stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate requirements into technical data architectures.
