About This Role
- Lead development and maintenance of responsive React.js and JavaScript web features.
- Architect frontend solutions including reusable component design, API integration, and Node.js service integration.
- Review code quality, troubleshoot UI and performance issues, and guide engineers on architecture and accessibility standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in Technical Lead or Assistant Manager role.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, frontend architecture, code review, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in frontend engineering with direct responsibility for architecture and delivery oversight.
- Strong technical expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern build tools, design systems, and cloud-hosted web applications.
- Experience guiding teams on accessibility standards, performance optimization, micro-frontend patterns, and server-side rendering techniques.
