About This Role
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and governed datasets to support customer journey growth analysis.
- Develop and publish interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights and visibility into key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and drive data integrity and quality across reporting and data products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- 3 to 8 years of applied work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, data products, or quantitative analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL programming, PySpark, and Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.
- Experience with Data Engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines and working with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to handle complex, large datasets and synthesize data across multiple sources to deliver business value.
- Experienced in data product ownership including dataset governance, quality checks, and lifecycle management.
- Operates well in Agile environments managing delivery cycles, stakeholder engagement, and continuous data workflow improvements.
