About This Role
- Lead development and maintenance of enterprise-level Java full stack applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.js with state management frameworks such as Redux or Context API.
- Design, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs while implementing AI-powered chatbots, conversational UIs, or NLP features to enhance user experience and automation.
- Adopt and leverage AI-assisted development tools and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines within Agile/Scrum environments to improve development efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in full stack Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+, backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate), and frontend development with React.js including state management (Redux/Context API).
- Experience with RESTful API design, AI-powered conversational interfaces, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA or Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering.

- Demonstrated ability to handle full software development lifecycle for enterprise products with multiple integrated technologies (Java backend, React frontend, AI features).
