About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines ingesting OT data into a cloud data lake to ensure stability and continuity of data operations.
- Drive system reliability by troubleshooting complex issues, managing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code and automated testing.
- Guide architectural decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality data solutions compliant with cybersecurity requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, specifically in cloud-based data platforms.
- Proven experience in senior or lead roles managing complex systems and mentoring teams.
- Mandatory technical skills include SQL, Data Integration, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, Data Lakes, MQTT, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, DevOps, and Git.

- Senior-level data engineer with demonstrated technical leadership and proven ability to independently manage and optimize complex cloud data platforms.
- Experience working in OT or cybersecurity-sensitive environments, given focus on secure data transmission and compliance requirements.
- Strong strategic mindset towards stability, efficiency, and reliability in large-scale data pipeline operations within agile teams.
