About This Role
- Design and implement high-complexity storage features optimized for AI/ML workloads with production-ready code.
- Lead a small engineering team (3-4 members), set technical direction, and manage multi-quarter projects with minimal supervision.
- Scope ambiguous problems, research and recommend solutions while acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years software development experience including 3 years maintaining or launching products and 1 year software design and architecture.
- Experience with file systems and Linux kernel internals.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software development.
