Experienced in working with enterprise-scale multi-tenant SaaS environments and performance optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations involving Product, R&D, QA, and DevOps teams.
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Snowflake, Microservices, and contact center/unified communications domain is advantageous.
