About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of backend APIs, microservices, and frontend components for MailerCloud’s email marketing platform.
- Contribute to infrastructure management including CI/CD pipelines, database optimization (MySQL, ClickHouse), and server configuration on Rocky Linux bare-metal servers.
- Develop and maintain AI agent infrastructure using MCP-first architecture with Claude to enhance AI-assisted development workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 – 4 years of professional software development experience in a product company environment.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages Go (preferred) or PHP and frontend skills in Vue 2/3 or React.
- Working knowledge of MySQL schema design, query optimization, indexing, and Linux command line (CentOS/RHEL/Rocky Linux).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

- Experienced full-stack engineer capable of owning features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers in a high-volume email platform.
- Comfortable working in a lean team with direct ownership and measurable impact, balancing code quality with pragmatic delivery.
