About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software modules including design, development, and modification.
- Prepare detailed technical design documents from high-level designs and collaborate with analysts, subject matter experts, QA, and support teams in reviews and delivery phases.
- Support QA, UAT, release activities and production support readiness, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience specifically on AS400 technologies.
- Experience in RxClaim core adjudication area with hands-on DB2/400, SYNON, and SQL expertise.
- Ability to work on Evening Shift (11:30 am - 8:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 12:00 am).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing design, development, and release phases in healthcare or insurance technology domains.
- Strong technical expertise in legacy IBM AS400 platforms and RxClaim adjudication systems.
- Capable of detailed technical communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams under strict delivery timelines and shift requirements.
