About This Role
- Lead data governance, quality, and master data management for Aftermarket Parts & Services business across multiple systems including ERP, PLM, CRM, IoT, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, maintain metadata and lineage, and govern key data domains such as Product Master, Parts, Service BOMs, Installed Base, Pricing, and Inventory.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and digital teams to resolve data issues, support analytics, and drive continuous improvement and automation in data stewardship processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in data governance, data stewardship, or master data management.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with SAP ECC, QAD, Windchill, Salesforce, Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
