Experienced in end-to-end ServiceNow platform development including design, implementation, integration, and support within an Agile environment.
Capable of independently making data-driven decisions and mentoring junior developers.
Skilled at collaborating with business and IT teams to tailor ServiceNow solutions to user experience and operational needs.
