About This Role
- Develop and implement Oracle ADF and Coherence-based application solutions independently with limited supervision.
- Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit and functional testing, monitor progress against production schedules, and resolve technical issues.
- Provide first-line support and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers; handle incidents, enhancements, and code fixes within the Insurance domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ADF and Coherence application development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA or equivalent).
- Good understanding and exposure to Life/Group Insurance and General Insurance domains.
- Proficiency with GIT/SVN, code compilation, SonarQube, JUnit testing, and SQL/PLSQL with Oracle database.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced mid-level developer capable of working independently and mentoring junior staff within insurance technology projects.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle ADF stack combined with backend database proficiency and testing frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior technical staff and handling both development and incident resolution tasks in a structured delivery environment.
