Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior (PL)

Lead and develop a team of Production Operations Engineers to ensure application availability, stability, and operational excellence for enterprise applications.

Drive major incident management, operational governance, continuous improvement, and implement SRE best practices, improving application resiliency and customer experience.

Manage team structure including resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management while coordinating closely with U.S.-based teams and multiple stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years management experience leading technology teams in large, complex, distributed organizations.

8+ years experience in production support, application/platform operations, SAvE, SRE, or application reliability for enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of distributed architectures across application, network, API, messaging, database, and cloud components.

Experienced leader in production support or Site Reliability Engineering, capable of managing incident response and continuous service improvement.

Skilled in partnering across Product, Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, and business teams to drive operational excellence and reliability.

Proven ability to build and scale India-based teams while maintaining strong coordination with U.S.-based leadership and stakeholders.
